Can acupuncture help after a stroke?
Acupuncture is widely used in stroke rehabilitation to support the recovery of movement, speech and function, especially when started early and combined with conventional rehabilitation. Our founder trained in stroke and neurological rehabilitation at Tan Tock Seng Hospital.
When should stroke rehabilitation with TCM begin?
Earlier is generally better, but TCM can still help months or years after a stroke. We recommend beginning acupuncture and manipulation as soon as the patient is medically stable, alongside their conventional care.
Do you treat Bell's palsy and facial paralysis?
Yes. Bell's palsy, facial paralysis, trigeminal neuralgia and vertigo are commonly treated with acupuncture at our clinics.
